About this deal

The capacity of the blue holding tank is just short of 250ml. That might seem to be enough but with my Sinupulse machine I can fill it to 700ml, it will actually hold around 750ml if filled to the brim. I have seen a couple of ENT specialist and undergone various tests. This has left me with me having to manage this situation and, thankfully, I have found that nasal irrigation plays a big part in doing just that.

The Matwave Nasal Irrigator has a 600ml reservoir that has a one touch button and magnetic wand for easy handling. It has a modulated pulsation rate of 600 – 1200 pulses per minute and includes 2 nozzle tips so other members of the family can use it. Please read caution and warning card provided in the box before using this product. Directions for Assembly:Only irrigates your sinuses: If you want to irrigate more than your nasal cavities, such as your tonsils, you may want to go with another unit. Repeating the process for each nostril is fine except, as mentioned, this machine has to be kept upright to ensure that all the contents goes where it is needed. This Neilmed Sinugator is cordless and designed to go where you go. It is a large volume, low pressure system which claims to be non-burning or stinging and suitable for use even after sinus surgery. The Sinugator is also incredibly easy to use and clean, making it a hassle-free addition to my daily routine. It's like the perfect pass from a teammate, it just flows seamlessly and effortlessly. The benefits seem to be the pulsing of the water as it is pumped out of the nozzle, which fits and seals well to my nostril, as it then gets forced up into your nasal cavities with a pulsing sensation. In fact this pulsing is for more intense than it is with my other machine. The vibrations from the hand held device is also noted due to the pulsing, not unpleasantly though.

Step 1: Please wash your hands. Fill the clear blue reservoir with 240 mL (8 fl oz) volume of distilled, microfiltered (0.2 micron), commercially bottled or previously boiled & cooled down water at lukewarm or body temperature. Please do not use tap or faucet water for dissolving the mixture unless it has been previously boiled and cooled down. One note, I forgot to add the sachet for the second process and oh my goodness it was uncomfortable and sore, so remember to add it! It can also be used to control nasal dryness and irritation caused by house dust, fumes, grass, pollen, smoke, or animal dander. Benefits for you Warm up distilled or previously boiled water until it is slightly warm. [3] X Research source You can warm water up on the stove or in the microwave in a clean safe container. You should warm the water for 5 seconds at a time if using a microwave. It should be at body-temperature, or "lukewarm." Other choices are distilled, micro-filtered (through 0.2 micron), commercially bottled or, as mentioned earlier, previously boiled water at lukewarm or body temperature. You can store boiled water in a clean container for seven days or more if refrigerated.Plugs in AND has the option for batteries: Most units are one or the other. This one gives you the option, making it portable if need be. The SinuPulse Irrigation System was developed and engineered in Switzerland and claims to be the most advanced sinus irrigation system. It works by delivering both a pulsating and moisturizing mist spray for a more thorough cleansing pulsating rinse, so it’s like having “2 units in one.” Not Very Portable: You must be near a power source because this one needs to be plugged into an outlet for power. Step 3: Standing in front of a sink, bend forward to your comfort level and tilt your head down. Keeping your mouth open, without holding your breath, place the tip snugly against your right nasal passage or nostril. Press the blue power button until the solution starts draining from your left nasal passage. Depending on the head position, residual solution may drain from your mouth. We suggest to spit it out, however, there is no harm, if accidentally swallowed. For a proper rinse, keep pressing the power button until at least 1/4 to 1/2 (60 mL to 120 mL or 2 to 4 fl oz) of the solution is used for one nostril. Stop pressing the power button if you feel any discomfort, pain or pressure during the irrigation. It probably is the best of what they could make for it to be a portable device. If the blue tank was increased in capacity to 500ml it would probably then be too big to handle, but having got the Sinupulse I do enjoy just having a large tank and then the "wired" wand to apply up to 750ml of pre-mixed water as needed. The flexibility of the wand and its capacity is great, but it costs so much more.

And the fact that it's cordless? Oh, it's like being free to roam the pitch and make my moves without any limitations. I can take it with me wherever I go, whether I'm training on the field or traveling to an away game. Easy to use: Just be sure to read the instructions. If you don’t hold down the button on the wand, you’ll end up shooting water everywhere! Neilmed Sinugator Cordless Pulsating Nasal Wash NeilMed is a patented, Doctor recommended system providing natural relief from the symptoms of allergy and various nasal conditions. Medical research into positive nasal irrigation solutions has shown to provide the most relief to users suffering from allergies and sinus conditions. Pulsating Nasal Wash is an easy to use saline application administered with positive and pulsating pressure to clean and irrigate the nasal passages thoroughly. Low Quality: Some customers complain that it feels like it’s not made well, such as with cheap plastic; and that it only lasted for a short period of time. (I must note that the manufacture does provide a 5 year unconditional warranty.) NeilMed Sinugator relieves any symptoms of nasal allergies and nasal dryness. It is effective for treating sinusitis, rhinitis, allergic asthma, post nasal drip, nasal stuffiness, sinus pressure, and symptoms of cold and flu.The build quality of the Sinugator seemed adequate for the job. It is a little heavy and cumbersome, but that is because I'm used to holding just the "wand" (tip) of the Sinupulse machine I also have. Being an "all in one" type device it is also a little restrictive in how you can position your head and lean as the machine itself has t o remain upright to ensure that all the liquid is used when it is running. Tipping it sideways will leave liquid still in the blue water container.
