For Windows 11: Go to Settings > Accessibility > Keyboard (scroll down to the Interaction section). To adjust the settings, toggle the settings to either on or off, depending on your preferences. To try to resolve these issues, you can begin by following the steps below to force a restart, detach and reattach the Type Cover or Keyboard, get the latest updates, or confirm connectivity. Type Covers are available for different languages and alphabets. To see what Type Covers are available in your preferred language or alphabet, visit Microsoft Store for that region or language. You can set up your Surface to use additional languages and keyboard layouts. For more info, see Manage display language settings in Windows and Change your keyboard layout. These settings are saved to your Surface and apply to any Type Cover that you attach. You really do need a good keyboard if you want to maximize the value of your Surface Go or Surface Go 2. But you don't have to pay Microsoft's prices, which, frankly, are a little crazy.
