He tells a story of his younger days when he felt an evil ­presence in a poster of two sunflowers on the wall in a flat he shared with a friend. This isn't a self help book, nor does Limmy proclaim to be a kind of guru of mental wellness - He just explains it, warts and all and fully admits he doesn't understand it, it's just part of him.
