What is the correct type of iPhone case for you?

Hello, Let me introduce myself I am an iPhone case reviewer. I am the proud owner of the latest iPhone 4 and have used a Large selection of iPhone 4 cases on my iPhone. The aim of this article is to share my experience and help you find the best iPhone case for you. There are many different makes, colours, styles of iPhone case and picking the correct one can be a minefield. I have written short analogies of the 3 main types of cases; hard back, bumper and leather flip. I have also included a link to my website at the bottom zway.co.uk where there is even more info. Also you can find more information at our blog which you can navigate to via our website.

So, you must consider how much you are going to spend on your iPhone 4 cases. The analogies below will give you a rough estimate of how much you are looking to pay for each type of case. If you are looking to buy a case cheaply Amazon and EBay are a good bet but you often find that they don’t quite have what you’re looking for, so be wary of these. Online retailers are a good place to buy, but again you must be wary of price, as many will be charging top prices. Below are the three analogies.

The Hard back case

Hard Back cases are for people who are looking for a case which looks good. They do offer good protection from scratches but do not offer the protection of a bumper case of a leather case. A good quality case will cost you in the region of £10-25 depending upon the make, and design. reputable iPhone 4 case makers fetch a higher price than unbranded cases. If you are buying a iPhone 4 case I would suggest you look out for a case which either has rounded edges or has a rubber grip on the outside for extra comfort and grip.

The Bumper Case

Single handily the best case when it comes to protection from bumps and drops. Personally I Like bumper cases because they give you something to grip on to and provide excellent protection. Generally bumper cases come in two different types of material. Aluminium which is light and strong or Silicone which is soft and good for absorbing bumps. So if you’re looking for a nice comfortable case the silicone ones are something to consider. The aluminium case are much stronger than the silicone cases and really do protect the iPhone well. With an aluminium bumper you are much better buying one with rounded edges as ones with hard corners will cut into your hands and make it uncomfortable to hold. Price wise for a silicone bumper you are looking at around £10.00 and for an aluminium case you are looking at around £25-40. But the protection is excellent. The only downside of a Bumper is that it does not offer protection for the back of the phone but this can be overcome by using rear screen protectors.

The Leather Flip case

Leather cases are all round the best type of cases. They offer good comfort and protection, many also offer screen protectors built in where you just slide you phone behind. The main downside to these types of cases is that is not much selection and they all appear to be the same. You have to be careful not to get ripped off here because you will find stores selling leather cases at £15 where the leather quality is very poor. If you want to make sure you get a good quality of leather stick to reputable brands such as Belkin who have been around for a long time and are much less likely to sell you something which is of a poor quality. The apple store is also a good place to buy as they have excellent quality control and like Belkin are reputable. For A leather flip case you can pay between £15-80 depending on the quality of leather and the brand.

Hopefully this article will help you find the right type of iPhone 4 case for you. TIPS- Have good look around at all you options and don’t be too hasty to buy. Read a Few user reviews of products as they will give you a good indication of how good the product is.
